I have been meditating daily for over 10 years now. This ancient practice possesses health benefits for the mind and body that have been embraced and enjoyed for centuries. Sometimes, life may feel chaotic, and our own environment may not feel like something we are happy with, or have control over. Through the practice of meditation, I have come to realize that the environment is the mind, and we really do have control over it.

One of the major keys to meditation is habit. Making this practice apart of your daily habit allows it to become a functional part of your daily living. Meditation unlocks the power within, and provides the clarity of vision for a more harmonious, happier, healthier, and successful life.

Meditation has become a routine for me for over 10 years now. I’ve studied this practice thoroughly and recognize how good it is for you, and how it increases your personal power. I've read books, articles, scientific reports, but you don't really understand the true value of it unless you practice it yourself consistently. How do you know if meditation is right for you?

Do you want to be happy? Do you want to have better relationships with people? Do you want to be healthy? Do you want to feel good? Do you want to reduce stress, pain, improve your memory, and stay focused on achieving your life goals? Do you want to expand your self-awareness, adopting wisdom in all of your thoughts and actions, and not allowing the petty nuances a daily mishaps affect your positive mood, and self-growth?

There are scientific reports of people who practice meditation and feel great, which has helped reduce the aging process. For me, this is a primary focus. As a small business owner, life can get very tough sometimes. The stresses that come with my line of work can have a negative affect on my body, personality, mood, and relationships with others. Therefore, it is imperative for me to stay on top of practices like meditation, exercise and solid nutrition, which all go hand in hand and help play a significant role in a healthier lifestyle.

Luckily, I have been able to maintain control of my environment and have managed to maintain a positive outlook on life, which has helped improve my relationship with people, and has increased my ability to fight off pains, stresses, and illnesses, by which I am under constant attack.

In closing, I would like to say that when I was younger, I was always skeptical of these spiritual practices, however I have come to learn how beneficial something like meditation can be and how important it is for everyone, at any age, and from any background. I highly recommend it, because it sure to provide you with a daily dose of exactly what you need to stay healthy, balanced, tolerable, and happy. If anything, try it for 30 days straight, and feel the difference for yourself.

The Recipe:

At least once a Day!

1. The morning is the best time.

2. Find a nice dark, quiet place where you can be alone for 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

3. Playing soft sounds like wind, rain, ocean, binaural beats, and isochronic tones can help induce a self-hypnosis state.

4. Sit comfortably with your back supported for proper posture, cross your legs, and close your eyes.

5. Just breathe easily and effortlessly and get lost in your thoughts.
